Onscreen Keyboard
Onscreen keyboards display a 'virtual' keyboard on screen with which you can click on the keys to enter the characters. They support the ctrl, alt, altgr (ctrl+alt), shift, caps lock and ctrl+shift function keys, and converts keypresses from your computer's keyboard to the onscreen keyboard to allow speed typing. Note that even if you don't have the 'altgr' key on your physical keyboard, it can be pressed by holding down the 'alt+ctrl' keys at once.
However, deadkeys are not supported, which means that languages with Latin writing systems are not supported at this point in time, though they are a priority for later releases. Please e-mail me at
to register your interest! In the meantime, please consider using the accent selectors for languages with a Latin writing system.
