Flazzle Flashcards use a Leitner flashcard system with spaced repetition to improve retainment.

Tutorial

  1. Import flashcards or dictionaries using the "Tools -> Import" menu item.

  2. 'Draw' cards from the new deck by right-clicking on the imported list in the last step, and selecting "Learn... -> New -> Draw Cards...". The number of new (unlearnt) cards are displayed in brackets.



  3. Enter how many flashcards you would like to learn in this session.



  4. Learn cards by right-clicking on the imported list, and selecting "Learn... -> Level 1 -> Flash Vocabulary...". Level 1 is for unlearnt, and Level 5 is mastered, so the flashcards will progressively move up to the next level as you get them right. Words that are wrong go back to Level 1 for relearning.



  5. Learn flashcards by entering in the words by the meanings. If you don't know a word, press the "cross" button and if you do know a word, press the "tick" button to move the flashcard into the next deck.
